LEGO® Based Therapy is an evidence-based, positive, structured, child-centered therapy program focused on social development and communication. It is particularly beneficial for children facing social communication difficulties such as anxiety, depression, social phobias, and ADHD. Research indicates that LEGO® Based Therapy engages the natural interests and motivations of children, making it a highly effective form of therapy. Additionally, individual counselling can complement this approach, and telehealth appointments provide flexible access to these therapeutic services.
