Sarah is a warm, professional, and uplifting counsellor with over 12 years of experience as a teacher. She is passionate about mental health support, open communication, and is dedicated to creating a safe, confidential space where clients feel heard and supported. 

She holds a Bachelor of Health Promotion, a Graduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching, a Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling), is a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Therapy, and a certified trainer and assessor. 

Committed to ongoing learning, Sarah regularly engages in mandated Professional Supervision and Professional Development, with particular interests in play therapy. 

She is registered with the Queensland College of Teachers, the Queensland Guidance Counselling Association, and the Australian Counselling Association as a level 2 member, and is fully insured. 

Sarah’s therapeutic approach is ethical, inclusive, creative, mindful, and client-centred, ensuring that her counselling services effectively support her clients’ mental health needs.
